Frankly, I think the rating system should be just the numbers; it's much easier to remember, and lets face it--how many people actually remember if Journeyman is higher than Craftsman, etc?

If you want to use ratings based on DM, it would make more sense to use the power symbols as they are easier remembered. This would only give you 6 grades though...

i think we all should know it :)
btw, this system makes my selfratings obsolete, i will not vote for my own dungeons, they are only raw guesses.
