I don't know if there ever was an Ishar 3, but I certainly recognise a lot of those pics as being from Ishar 2, which I was playing a few weeks ago after Dad found it for download on the Net somewhere .

Yes, I have these images already, and I did consider adding them as a new set of forum avatars, but as some were different sizes and would need some work, I couldn't be arsed.
Was it the one that took place entirely within one city except for the time-traveling portals? If so, it was OK, I guess. I played it to the end if I recall but don't have very persistent memories of it, so yea, OK is my guess.
Parallax have you ever seen some ancient mosaics? they use far less stones (which means colour) and if I remember correctly they look awesome.
But nevertheless astounding with how little you can achieve great effects..
