RA Blade (RTC-CSB)

Just how many charges there are in the RA Blade? I found it very early on in my newest game (in the supplies... area, actually), and despite frequent use, it still hasn't run out of charges.

From DMute it seems to have 15 charges

Well. I just activated for fireball 15 times. That's in addition to those many I've shot before. So there's a bug. Right now I'm too lazy to see if that applies to charge-objects, or is it just this blade.

Or is it just my copy of RTC
