It looks like the old games of past, sorta like the tank game you'd find in an arcade, very similar except in the sky.

Looking at the original DM coming soon pic I got an idea. It suggests to me to create a smell attack, or environment attack that could lead to a hint for the party. The wheels turn with ideas.

I doubt it could have been even marginally successful without a single player version though. We had an ST in our house and one more guy in the town also had an ST, but I doubt we would both have bought a copy just to play each other. I guess STs were not common enough to create a market for exclusively PvP games. Even for consoles that have much larger market penetration I can't think of any games that lacked any single player aspect.
