I've been trying to create a set of 3 poison darts (blue, green & red) that poison the party member that they hit...
I have tried creating a very weak poison bolt (des-ven) on impact, but sometimes that bolt misses the target...
I have a guaranteed method to poison a given party member, but I don't have a way of finding which party member was hit with the dart.
This would be easy if it affected the whole party... But, it doesn't
Any help on the subject would be appreciated.
Poison darts that actually poison?

Poison darts that actually poison?
1 death is a tragedy,
10,000,000 deaths is a statistic.

It has been 6 days, and not 1 reply... I guesses that this topic is either not interesting enough, or no-one has an answer.
I know that I may have been doing things lately that no-one else has done(or have had much difficulty in doing), so this topic MAY be beyond the forum's knowledge... Although, I hope not.
Even if it is to say "I don't know", any response is welcome.
Thanx in advance.

Anything I can suggest would be theoritical and based on a few versions back.
I think you are going about it the wrong way, have a zero damage spell that explodes on the part square no matter what then intelligently but randomly apply a damage attack to the part member of your choice that has nothing to do with the flight mechanics (hence the back row either side can be attacked)

Thanx guys
I was starting to think that it wasn't possible, but I'll keep at it... At least now I know just how hard it's going to be.
Thanx again.

Don't know if you found a way to do this yet, but would adding a wallitem speech to your method of poisoning a given party, the speech naming the poisoned member of the party, of course you would need a wallitem speech for every character in your game.Lord_BoNes wrote: I have a guaranteed method to poison a given party member, but I don't have a way of finding which party member was hit with the dart.
It's not a bug in the program, I've just gone and done something weird.
