The 4400

I was just looking on play.com at the new DVD releases and came across something called "The 4400". I'd never heard of this before, so did a quick google to find out more. Seems an interesting take on the 'alien abduction' theme, so have managed to find the first 5 episodes on the DC network and have started to download.

Anyone seen it and can comment without giving too much away?

I vaguely heard of it's existence, and there is an advert now coincidentally on TV for the first dvds of it, but not actually heard any reviews or word of mouth on it!

It showed on Sky One but I think it finished a few weeks ago...I didn't watch it though. It'll probably be out on DVD in a few months /shrug.

Lol...yeah I kind of read it harder, though, after I'd posted that, and I couldn't be arsed to change it lol.
From what I saw of the trailers, though, "The 4400" is about 4400 people who have been abducted by aliens over the past...erm...I dunno, century or something, and they suddenly get returned to Earth and start finding that they have weird powers or something.

hmmm, sounds interesting : this serie is coming on french tv next month and is already showed on swiss tv
