Why is game made so you start of in the middle and your under the hammer from the word go?

Also how can you get the dm games to work once you download them?

Thats just the way the game is. You can kill the worms easily with fireballs though.

As I said before: An assymetric dungeon is much more fun than a regular start-at-the-first-level-and-go-down-to-the-big-monster-and-kill-it because it is more challenging.

Did you get the games to work OK? If not, please repeat
your problem a bit more specifically (DM for PC? CSB using
WinSTon emulator? other???). There are a lot of 'gotchas'
with all of these games and it is sometimes not easy to
decode the instructions until after you know what they say.
Like juggling.....easy when you know how.

One champion can easily kick those three worms to death
in the start of CSB if you are careful not to generate any
additional worms. Five might be possible. Seven might be tough.

That inspires me to make a challenge!!! Select any party.
Reincarnate, resurrect, regurgitate, or whatever. Train in
the prison if you like. Then start the game. Before attacking
any of the worms, generate additional worms. How many
worms can you survive? You must generate all the worms
before attacking any. You cannot open the door or hallway.
Remember to make a recording so we can all see. Use the
'Experimental Speed Release' of CSB for windows if you like the
game to go really slow for you. Ties go to the quickest.
